Welcome to Dots Future Technologies. Dots Future Technologies, Inc. ("Dots Future Technologies", "we", "us" or "our") operates the getdots.io website, the meagain.com website and the MeAgain mobile application, a lifestyle companion for people using or considering GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. MeAgain is a product of Dots Future Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Dots Future Technologies collects through our websites, the MeAgain app and related services (together, the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using any Dots Future Technologies Service you agree to the practices described here. Questions can be sent to info@get.dots.io.

What This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to information Dots Future Technologies collects when you visit our websites, use the MeAgain app, join our community, contact support or interact with our emails, texts and social channels.

Dots Future Technologies is a wellness and lifestyle technology company. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy or health plan, and the information you share with MeAgain is generally not "protected health information" under HIPAA. It is protected by this Policy and by applicable consumer health and privacy laws instead.

This Policy does not cover third-party websites, pharmacies, telehealth providers or apps that we link to or that you connect to MeAgain. Their own privacy policies apply.

Information We Collect on the Website

Contact details you give us when you join a waitlist, sign up for updates, fill in a form or email Dots Future Technologies: name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number.

Messages you send to Dots Future Technologies through contact forms, support requests or social media.

Device and usage data collected automatically when you visit getdots.io or meagain.com: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, links clicked and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies. Dots Future Technologies uses essential cookies to make the websites work, functional cookies to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics) to understand how the websites are used. We may also use advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google to measure our marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

Information We Collect in the MeAgain App

Account information. Name, email address, password or Apple/Google sign-in identifier, date of birth or age confirmation, profile photo and any display name you choose for the community.

GLP-1 medication information. The medication you take (for example semaglutide, tirzepatide or another GLP-1), dose, dosing schedule, injection dates and sites, missed doses, and how long you have been on treatment. You may also tell us whether you obtain your medication through a clinician, telehealth service or compounding pharmacy.

Health and body information. Weight, height, body measurements, goal weight, appetite, hunger and fullness ratings, energy, mood, sleep, side effects such as nausea or constipation, menstrual cycle information if you choose to log it, and any notes you add.

Nutrition and activity information. Meals, protein and calorie estimates, water intake, steps, workouts and habits you log, and photos of food or progress pictures you choose to upload.

Connected device and app data. If you connect Apple Health, Google Health Connect, a smart scale or a wearable, Dots Future Technologies receives the data types you approve, such as weight, steps, heart rate and sleep. You can disconnect at any time.

AI assistant conversations. The questions you ask and the answers given by the MeAgain AI assistant, together with the context from your logs that the assistant uses to respond. Dots Future Technologies may review conversations to improve safety and quality.

Community content. Posts, comments, reactions, photos and direct messages you share in the MeAgain community, and reports you make about other users.

Payment information. If you buy a MeAgain subscription, Apple, Google or our payment processor collects your payment details. Dots Future Technologies receives a transaction record, subscription status and partial payment identifiers, but not your full card number.

Device and usage data. Device model, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, push token, IP address, crash logs, feature usage, in-app events and approximate location. Precise location is collected only if you enable it.

Survey and research responses. Answers you give to in-app surveys, onboarding questions or research studies run by Dots Future Technologies.

How We Use Information

To run the Services. Dots Future Technologies uses your information to create and manage your account, log and display your doses, weight and other trackers, send reminders, sync connected devices, power the AI assistant, show community content and provide customer support.

To personalise MeAgain. We use your medication, goals and logged data to tailor programmes, protein and hydration targets, tips and content to where you are on your GLP-1 journey.

To process payments and manage subscriptions, free trials and renewals.

To communicate with you. Dots Future Technologies sends service messages, dose and habit reminders, security alerts, account notices and, with your consent, newsletters and marketing about MeAgain and Dots Future Technologies. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

To improve and develop the Services. We analyse how the websites and the app are used, test new features, train and evaluate our own models and AI features, and conduct research. Where we use health data for research or model improvement, Dots Future Technologies de-identifies or aggregates it wherever practical.

To keep the Services safe. We use information to detect fraud, abuse, spam and security incidents, to moderate the community and to enforce our Terms.

To comply with law. Dots Future Technologies may use and retain information to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests and protect the rights, property and safety of Dots Future Technologies, our users and others.

How We Share Information

Service providers. Dots Future Technologies shares information with vendors that help us run the Services: cloud hosting, databases, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools, email and SMS delivery, push notifications, payment and subscription management, and AI model providers that process assistant conversations on our behalf. They may use your information only to provide services to Dots Future Technologies.

App stores and sign-in providers. Apple and Google receive information needed to process purchases and sign-ins under their own privacy policies.

Connected apps and devices. When you connect Apple Health, Google Health Connect or a wearable, data flows between that service and MeAgain according to the permissions you set.

The MeAgain community. Content you post publicly, your display name and profile photo are visible to other MeAgain users. Your private logs, weight and medication details are never shown to other users unless you choose to share them.

Advertising and analytics partners. Dots Future Technologies shares limited device and event data with advertising platforms to measure our campaigns. Dots Future Technologies does not share your health, medication, weight or GLP-1 information with advertising platforms, and does not sell your personal information.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe it is necessary to prevent harm, investigate fraud or protect the rights and safety of Dots Future Technologies, our users or the public.

Business transfers. If Dots Future Technologies is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

With your consent. We share information for any other purpose you agree to, such as sharing your progress with a clinician or friend.

Data Security and Retention

Dots Future Technologies uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your Dots Future Technologies account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Health and medication logs are kept so you can see your history. After you delete your account, Dots Future Technologies deletes or de-identifies your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal, security or accounting reasons.

Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you may be retained and used by Dots Future Technologies for research and product development.

Children

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Dots Future Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to Dots Future Technologies, email info@get.dots.io and we will delete it.

Your Choices

Access, correct and export. You can view and edit most of your information in the MeAgain app. You can email info@get.dots.io to request a copy of the personal information Dots Future Technologies holds about you in a portable format.

Delete. You can delete your MeAgain account and associated data from within the app or by emailing info@get.dots.io.

Marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to marketing texts, and manage push notifications in your device settings. You will still receive essential service messages.

Reminders and notifications. Turn dose, habit and community notifications on or off in the MeAgain settings.

Connected apps and devices. Disconnect Apple Health, Google Health Connect or wearables at any time in your device or app settings.

AI assistant. You can choose not to use the AI assistant. Dots Future Technologies will still log the trackers you enter manually.

Community visibility. You can post under a display name, edit or delete your posts, and block or report other users.

Cookies and advertising. Control cookies in your browser, limit ad tracking in your device settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising through your platform's controls.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Washington and other states with consumer privacy or consumer health data laws), you may have the right to know what personal information Dots Future Technologies collects, to access, correct, delete or port it, to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling, and to withdraw consent for the processing of health data.

Dots Future Technologies does not sell personal information and does not share health data for targeted advertising.

To exercise your rights, email info@get.dots.io from the address on your account or use the controls in the MeAgain app. Dots Future Technologies will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may appoint an authorised agent to act for you, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International Users

Dots Future Technologies is based in the United States and processes information there. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and stored in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

If you are in the UK, EU or another region with data protection laws, you may have additional rights, including to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact info@get.dots.io to exercise them.

Updates to This Policy

Dots Future Technologies may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on getdots.io and meagain.com and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the MeAgain app before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
