Welcome to Dots Future Technologies. Dots Future Technologies, Inc. ("Dots Future Technologies", "we", "us" or "our") operates the getdots.io website, the meagain.com website and the MeAgain mobile application, a lifestyle companion for people using or considering GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. MeAgain is a product of Dots Future Technologies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of every website, app, community feature, messaging service and related offering provided by Dots Future Technologies (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using any Dots Future Technologies Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Using the Website

The Dots Future Technologies websites (getdots.io and meagain.com) provide information about Dots Future Technologies, the MeAgain app, GLP-1 medications, weight management, nutrition and lifestyle topics, and allow you to join waitlists, contact us and download the MeAgain app.

You may browse the websites without an account. Some features, such as joining a waitlist or requesting support, ask for your name and email address, which Dots Future Technologies uses as described in our Privacy Policy.

Articles, guides and tools on the Dots Future Technologies websites are provided for general information only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for the advice of your prescribing clinician, pharmacist or other healthcare professional.

You agree to use the websites only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable or interfere with any Dots Future Technologies system, server or network.

The MeAgain App

MeAgain is the mobile app built and operated by Dots Future Technologies. It helps you log GLP-1 doses and injection sites, track weight, protein, hydration, movement and side effects, set reminders, follow habit programmes, chat with an AI assistant and connect with a community of other GLP-1 users.

To use MeAgain you must download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, create a Dots Future Technologies account and accept these Terms. The app store's own terms also apply to your download and use of the app.

MeAgain may connect to Apple Health, Google Health Connect or other wearables and apps if you choose to grant access. Dots Future Technologies only reads or writes the data types you approve, and you can revoke access at any time in your device settings.

MeAgain may offer AI-powered features, including a chat assistant and personalised suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Dots Future Technologies does not review every AI response, and you should never rely on AI output to make dosing, medication or medical decisions.

Dots Future Technologies may add, change, suspend or remove MeAgain features at any time, including free features, and may release updates that you must install to keep using the app.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

Dots Future Technologies is a technology company, not a healthcare provider, pharmacy or telehealth service. MeAgain does not prescribe, sell, dispense or ship GLP-1 medications or any other drug.

Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Dose logs, reminders, symptom trackers, nutrition targets and AI responses are organisational and educational tools only.

Always follow the dosing schedule and instructions given by your prescribing clinician and the medication label. Do not change, skip, delay or increase a dose because of anything in a Dots Future Technologies Service.

If you experience severe or persistent side effects, or any medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately. Do not use MeAgain to report emergencies to Dots Future Technologies.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Dots Future Technologies does not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your Dots Future Technologies login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at info@get.dots.io immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree to give Dots Future Technologies accurate, current information when you register and to keep it up to date.

You may sign in using Apple or Google. Those providers' terms apply to that sign-in, and Dots Future Technologies receives only the information they share with us.

By providing a phone number or email address, you consent to Dots Future Technologies contacting you about the Services, including reminders, account notices and, where you opt in, marketing, via email, push notification and automated text message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Subscriptions and Payments

Parts of MeAgain are free. Dots Future Technologies also offers paid MeAgain subscriptions ("MeAgain Premium" or similar) that unlock additional features.

Prices, billing periods, free-trial terms and renewal dates are shown in the app before you buy. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Apple, Google or another third-party payment provider, not by Dots Future Technologies directly. Cancellation and refunds are handled through the store where you subscribed and are subject to its policies. Dots Future Technologies cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the app stores.

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Dots Future Technologies may change subscription prices with notice; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.

Website Content

All content on the Dots Future Technologies websites and in MeAgain, including text, articles, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, audio, video, software, programmes and the "Dots" and "MeAgain" names and marks, is owned by or licensed to Dots Future Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Dots Future Technologies grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Services and their content for your own non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, rent, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, scrape or create derivative works from any Dots Future Technologies content or software without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, including the names of GLP-1 medications and their manufacturers, belong to their respective owners. Dots Future Technologies is not affiliated with or endorsed by any pharmaceutical company.

Your Content and the MeAgain Community

Anything you submit to a Dots Future Technologies Service, including health logs, photos, progress pictures, posts, comments, messages, survey answers and feedback ("Your Content"), remains yours.

You grant Dots Future Technologies a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display and use Your Content to operate, improve, secure and promote the Services. For content you post publicly in the MeAgain community, that licence includes displaying it to other users. For private logs, Dots Future Technologies uses Your Content only to provide the Services to you and as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for Your Content. Do not post anything that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, infringing, that offers to sell or share prescription medication, or that gives medical advice you are not qualified to give.

Dots Future Technologies may moderate, remove or restrict content and accounts that break these rules, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.

If you believe content on a Dots Future Technologies Service infringes your copyright, email info@get.dots.io with a description of the work, the location of the material, your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; impersonate any person or Dots Future Technologies; upload viruses or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data; scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Services; use bots or automated tools without permission; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; resell or commercially exploit any part of the Services; or use the Services to advertise, promote or sell medication.

Dots Future Technologies may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content and cooperate with law enforcement.

Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, products and services, including pharmacies, telehealth providers, nutrition services and wearable devices. Dots Future Technologies does not control and is not responsible for them.

Any purchase or relationship you enter with a third party is between you and that third party. Dots Future Technologies is not a party to it and receives no responsibility for the medication, products or care you obtain elsewhere.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your Dots Future Technologies account at any time from within the MeAgain app or by emailing info@get.dots.io. Deleting your account may permanently delete your logs and other content.

Dots Future Technologies may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including licences to Your Content already used, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute terms, will survive.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dots Future Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dots Future Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services, including any health outcome, missed dose, dosing error or reliance on AI output.

Dots Future Technologies' total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid Dots Future Technologies in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dots Future Technologies and its officers, employees and partners from any claim, loss or expense arising from Your Content, your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute with Dots Future Technologies that cannot be resolved informally by emailing info@get.dots.io will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Dots Future Technologies each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@get.dots.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Updates to These Terms

Dots Future Technologies may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, the law or our business.

When we make material changes, Dots Future Technologies will post the updated Terms on getdots.io and meagain.com and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the MeAgain app before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page shows when the Terms were last changed. Continued use of any Dots Future Technologies Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
